Isaac Getz is a professor at the top-ranked ESCP Europe School of Business (Paris-London-Berlin-Madrid-Torino) Paris campus, France, and was Visiting Professor at Cornell and Stanford Universities and at the University of Massachusetts.
Isaac has M.Sc. degrees in both Computer Science, and Management Science, and PhDs in Psychology and in Management. Before becoming a professor, he worked for several years in the area of Information Systems.
His last book, Freedom, Inc. (Crown Business) co-authored with Brian Carney, has been acclaimed by Forbes, WSJ, New York Times, Fox, CNBC, and other media, and is already published in 6 countries. In 2010, he won the Syntec Award for the best academic article in France (“Liberating Leadership”) in the category Organization/Management/HR. His previous book Innovations POWER was published in 6 countries and was one of the 3 finalists for the annual Manpower Best Book Award in France.
Isaac’s op-eds appear regularly in Wall Street Journal and Les Echos and his work has been featured in Fortune, Strategy+Business, Financial Times, Il Sole 24 Ore, Het Financieele Dagblad, De Gelderlander, Le Figaro, RAI, and BFM, among others.
Isaac is an active speaker on the topics of ideas & innovation management, liberating leadership, and organizational transformation. He has delivered keynote speeches and led seminars for diverse economics and business summits, as well as to over one hundred companies and trade associations on four continents.
